Engaged by Laurimar Primary School to perform extensive landscape works in their main outdoor area, we set to work on transforming the existing, ineffective and unfunctional 'rain garden' into a multifunctional educational landscape for the whole school community to enjoy. Through extensive ground works, a large, functional dry creek bed drainage system was constructed, with boulders, logs and stumps to add interest, play opportunities and seating throughout the area.

A native planting palette  compliments the natural aesthetic of the materials used and adds habitat for local wildlife, while a large-scale concrete serpent slithers and shines as the focal point of this fun project.
